I recently completed the purchase of a waterfront property in Fort
Lauderdale with a lot of help and guidance from Dale Palmer. When I flew
over for viewings he spent the best part of a week with me and at no point
did he attempt to push me in to viewing properties outside my price range
which was refreshing; indeed the house I ended up buying – in part due to
his recommendation – was the least expensive one I viewed.
After I flew home Dale recommended a highly efficient Title Agent, handled
all the inspections and supervised electrical repairs needed for insurance
purposes prior to closing. He also found me a builder, painter, handyman,
lawn man, pool man and an air con man! I would wholeheartedly recommend
Dale to anyone looking to buy property in the Fort Lauderdale area,
especially if you are doing so remotely and/ or are unfamiliar with the
Process of purchasing property in Florida.

We decided to buy a second home in Florida. Living in California and finding a house in Florida was not an easy task. We made our first discovery trip to Florida and met with some Real Estate agents. It seemed we were in for the normal estate agent sales pitches. Most agents did not want to give us the time of day until we signed all kinds of exclusivity contracts. We felt very pressured. Then we met with Dale and suddenly we were happier that we would find a home. Dale has very relaxed and calming effect. It was more like he was a friend helping us, then an agent. He put up with our fussy taste with a smile. On the first day out with Dale we found our dream house. We left Florida and returned to California. Dale handled all the inspections and everything else needed to close on the house. We returned and moved into our home on the water with zero effort from us, Dale had taken care of everything. Dale remains attentive to us even months after we have closed. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home.Happy in Sunny Florida

Deciding to buy a home from 1,800 miles away was initially a very scary experience. However, having Dale Palmer has our real estate agent made it just the opposite. We made one trip down to Fort Lauderdale, and Dale devoted the entire three days to us and our search. While we looked at many listings with Dale, we were disappointed when we flew home unsuccessful. As we started to feel a little discouraged, Dale eased these feelings by continually sending us more listings. Whenever we found a place that caught our eye, he would have an extremely detailed video of the place sent to us in days. Dale was always extremely professional, and tremendously helpful. He was always 100% honest with us, and his knowledge of the Fort Lauderdale area was very helpful to us who were unfamiliar with it. Dale remained a great real estate agent the entire 4 months that we worked with him. He was determined not only to find us a house, but to find us a house that we loved everything about- and that is exactly what he did. Dale made a usually stressful experience a pleasurable one. We would recommend Dale Palmer to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and especially to anyone looking to buy from a long distance.

Dale, You don’t know how lucky I feel to have gotten such a great real estate person and what I hope to keep as a friend in the future. It was a sign to me that this eventual move down there was and is the right thing to do. I have worked with many real estate persons in my life.
